Over his tenure there, he earned widespread acclaim for shaping an innovative, seasonally-driven menu that seamlessly balanced sophisticated technique with bold, memorable flavors.

Today, Chef Power brings that wealth of experience, artistic vision, and kitchen leadership to Academy Grill. Guided by an Italian-inspired concept, his menus showcase a master class in prime steaks, fresh seafood, and meticulously hand-crafted pastas.
